- Add warm water to the Rinse-N-Run® wet compartment. The water should be warm, not boiling. If the water is too hot, it can damage your oral appliance.
- Drop a Rinse-N-Run® tablet followed by your oral appliance into the solution. It will start effervescing and cleaning your oral appliance.
- Wait at least 15 minutes for the solution to clean
- Add warm water to the Rinse-N-Run® wet compartment. The water should be warm, not boiling. If the water is too hot, it can damage your oral appliance.
- Drop a Rinse-N-Run® tablet followed by your oral appliance into the solution. It will start effervescing and cleaning your oral appliance.
- Wait at least 15 minutes for the solution to clean gunk and buildup from your oral appliance.

- After at least 15 minutes of soaking, thoroughly rinse your oral appliance by running water through the Rinse-N-Run® device.
- The Rinse-N-Run® device allows you to run water over your oral appliance without getting your fingers wet or dropping it in the sink.
- Make sure to wash your oral appliance thoroughly for a few minutes to remove all
